2. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, the following recipients will not be considered third parties:

Article 8 (Suspension of Use, etc. of Personal Information)

4. Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if discontinuation of use, etc. would involve significant cost or be difficult to implement, and alternative measures can be taken to protect the rights and interests of the user, we will implement these alternative measures.

Article 9 (Changes to Privacy Policy)

1. The content of this policy can be changed without notice to users excluding matters prescribed separately in this policy or in laws and regulations.

2. Unless otherwise designated separately by our company, changes to the privacy policy will take effect when posted on this website.
